What are the age requirements for Events?

Our All Ages Events are open to all ages. Age 6 is our recommended starting age but younger kids are welcome. Our other events are geared to adults' night out since they are BYOB(beer and wine).

What time should we arrive for the Event?

About 15 minutes prior to event time.

Do you sell food/beer/wine?

We will offer light fare/snacks at all events as well as one drink per registration fee.  Additional food and drinks can be purchased through the Armory Lounge. If attendees have food allergies or sensitivities, they may bring their own snacks.

What should I wear?

We can't guarantee that you will not get paint on you and it does not wash out so dress accordingly. We do provide aprons.

How do I guarantee my space?

To guarantee your space, online registration is recommended by the deadline date. For registrations after this date, please call for availability at (518) 322-5737.  We reserve the right to cancel events not meeting the minimum booking.

What is the Event cancellation policy?

We ask that you to give us 48 hours or more notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations should be made by phone (518) 322-5737. or by emailing us at rhonda@butterflybluedesign.com. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space. We are sorry, but we cannot give refunds or issue credits for no shows.

No refunds withing 48 hours prior to scheduled class. We are sorry but we cannot give refunds or issue credits for no shows.

What is the privacy policy?

Butterfly Blue Design is committed to safeguarding customer information. Since your privacy is a priority to us, we will not share nonpublic information about you with third parties
